PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote care and death diagnosis system for performing care and death diagnosis at the terminal stage by using wireless communication. SOLUTION: A biological information detecting means for detecting a patient's biological information, a determining means for determining the presence or absence of a patient's biological reaction based on the biological information detected by the biological information detecting means, and a biological reaction by the determining means. A transmission means for transmitting biological reaction stop information to a doctor's terminal device when it is determined that the patient has stopped, and an instruction means for instructing the caregiver of the patient to acquire information for death diagnosis. The caregiver who received this instruction has a means to acquire information for death diagnosis using a communication type penlight camera, and the doctor uses wireless communication to obtain the information for death diagnosis obtained. It is characterized in that a death certificate is made based on the received information and a death certificate of a patient is prepared.
