PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing device capable of obtaining estimation pulse wave information even when a measurement result of pulse wave measurement cannot be acquired, or the biological information processing device has not a function for measuring a pulse wave, and provide a program, a biological information processing method, a biological information processing system, and an information processing device or the like.SOLUTION: A biological information processing device 100 includes: an information acquisition section 110 for acquiring body motion information by using a signal from a body motion sensor 300 for detecting body motion of a user； a processing section 120 for performing estimation processing of estimation pulse wave information of the user； and a communication section 130 for receiving user information including at least correspondence information between the body motion information and the estimation pulse wave information.
