The soup supply apparatus is characterized in that an engaging/disengaging means 61 is composed of a cylindrical first engaging body 62 provided at a lower end part of an output shaft 14a in a stirring motor in an externally engaged manner and having an engaging part and a cylindrical second engaging body 63 having an engagement-accepting part capable of being engaged/disengaged with the engaging part and provided at an upper end part of an vertical rotation shaft in an externally engaged manner, wherein the cylindrical second engaging body has, formed therein, a transverse engaging hole 64 that communicates with an insertion hole 10 formed in an upper end part of the vertical rotation shaft, and a bar-like engageably inserting part 65b of a lock bolt 65 is inserted into the engaging hole and the insertion hole, and is also characterized in that the lock bolt is withdrawn from the engaging hole and the insertion hole while upwardly pulling a free end part of an upper housing box for the apparatus body to remove a hopper upper lid from the hopper during at least the washing of the hopper upper lid and the vertical rotation shaft, so that each of the cylindrical second engaging body 63, the vertical rotation shaft 9 and the hopper upper lid 8 can be disassembled.
