PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supply device of miso soup or broth, expected for solving problems in which, when a maintenance person in charge makes a mistake in sequence of operation such as inadvertently pushing a dispensing switch or performing an operation of opening a valve while removing miso piping from a miso input nozzle and removing a piping joint from a mixing part, the hot water in a hot water tank comes out by the water pressure, and therefore there is a risk of being burnt, and the maintenance to wash the mixing part is easy.SOLUTION: A quantitative supply device is provided with a first member to turn a shaft for opening and closing a valve and a second member coming in abutment with the first member to regulate the turning of the first member. While a cover is closed, the cover comes in abutment with the second member, and thereby the second member is separated from the first member to enable the first member to be turned in the direction of opening the valve. While the cover is opened, the cover is separated from the second member, and thereby the second member comes in abutment with the first member and regulates the first member from being turned in the direction to open the valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 メンテナンス担当者が、みそ配管をみそ投入ノズルから外し、配管継ぎ手を混合部から外している状態で、うっかり注出スイッチを押したり、また、弁を開く操作をしてしまうなど、作業手順を間違えた場合、湯タンクの湯は水圧によって出てくるのでやけどをする恐れがある。また、混合部を洗う際などのメンテナンスが容易であるみそ汁またはだし汁の定量供給装置が望まれている。【解決手段】 弁を開閉させるための軸を回動させる第１部材と、第１部材に当接して第１部材の回動を規制する第２部材を設け、カバーが閉じられている状態では、カバーが第２部材に当接することにより、第２部材が第１部材から離れ、第１部材が弁が開く方向に回動することを可能とし、カバーが開かれている状態では、カバーが第２部材から離れることにより、第２部材が第１部材に当接し、第１部材が弁が開く方向に回動することを規制する。【選択図】図５
