PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barley tea beverage having a refreshing and mild taste inherent to barley.SOLUTION: The beverage includes: an extract of at least one selected from the group consisting of roasted wheat, barley, rye, and adlay; and an extract of at least one roasted plant selected from the group consisting of roasted brown rice, milled rice, black sesame, white sesame, soybean, corn, black soybean, buckwheat, cassia seed (senna tea), and malt. The beverage has a sodium ion concentration of 0.5 to 5.0 mg/100 ml, and a pH of 6.0 to 7.5.
