PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing boiled fish paste with a plate which corrects "droop" caused in a molded raw material with the plate to suppress the deformation of the molded raw material with the plate, thereby maintains a shape properly.SOLUTION: A method of producing boiled fish paste with a plate includes: a molding step A for putting and molding boiled fish paste raw material 11 on a plate material 10 to obtain a molded raw material 1 with the plate and a main heating step F for heating the molded raw material with the plate obtained by the molding step and solidifying it finally to obtain a boiled fish paste product 2 with the plate.
