PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appropriateness and credibility of progress information on a lesion presented to a doctor.SOLUTION: A storage processing section 61 of a DB server 14 stores, in a lesion table 24 of a lesion DB 22, a lesion ID to identify each lesion in association with a selection input state of a lesion description template 65 for allowing a part of a plurality of words that are broken down from a lesion description to be selectively input as an input word. When a previous report 18 is used as a copy source, the storage processing section 61 successively uses the existing lesion ID and stores the existing lesion ID in association with the selection input state of the lesion description template 65 of the report 18 edited from the copy source this time. In other cases, a new lesion ID is issued. A retrieval processing section 62 retrieves and extracts progress information on a desired lesion from the lesion table 24 in response to a retrieval request by a report creation terminal 13, and sends a retrieval result to the report creation terminal 13.
