PURPOSE: A method for preparing fucoidan with reduced smell is provided to improve functional characteristic and to enhance physiological activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fucoidan with reduced smell comprises: a step of adding 10-30 times volume of ethanol to fucoidan； a step of shaking at 200-300 rpm for 10 minutes to two hours； a step of spraying and drying at 150-200°；C and 8,000-18,000 rpm； and a step of deodorizing.본 발명은 후코이단에 중량비로 에탄올 10 내지 30배를 넣고, 200 내지 300 rpm으로 10분 내지 2시간동안 진탕배양하는 단계； 및 진탕배양액을 내부온도 170 내지 200℃, 8,000-18,000 rpm하에 유속 20-50 ml/min로 분무건조하는 단계를 포함하는 냄새가 저감된 후코이단의 제조방법을 제공한다.
