PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a physical characteristic measurement device capable of correctly measuring a centroid position and rotation angle of a body with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: Each physical characteristic measurement device includes: a base section 116； a rotation section 118； a rotation angle detection section 130C for detecting a rotation angle of the rotation section 118； a turning angle measurement section 130D for measuring turning angles of respective parts of a body on the basis of a detection result of the rotation angle detection section 130C； multiple legs 120 formed by extension in a circumferential part of the base section 116 so as to be grounded on an arrangement surface； load measuring sections 122 arranged in the legs 120 so as to measure a load in a state where a body of a measured person is placed on the rotation section 118； and a centroid position measurement section 130E for measuring a centroid position of a body on the basis of a measurement result of the load measurement section 122.
