Disclosed is a plant constitutive promoter. More specifically, disclosed are a plant constitutive promoter derived from the red pepper capsanthin-capsorubin synthase gene, a recombinant vector for inducing constitutive expression comprising the promoter, and a transgenic plant transformed with the recombinant vector for inducing constitutive expression. The constitutive promoter according to the present invention can express a target gene in the overall tissues of the plant, and thus the constitutive promoter can be favorably used in the selection of transformants and the development of transgenic plants producing medically and industrially useful materials using an antibiotic- or herbicide-resistant gene at the time of transformant construction.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017식물체 전신 발현 프로모터(constitutive promoter), 보다 상세하게는 고추 캡산틴-캡소루빈 합성효소 유전자 유래의 식물 전신 발현 프로모터, 상기 프로모터를 포함하는 전신 발현 유도용 재조합 벡터 및 상기 전신 발현 유도용 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환 식물체가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 전신 발현 프로모터는 식물체의 전 조직에서 목적 유전자를 발현할 수 있으므로, 형질전환체 제작 시 항생제 또는 제초제 저항성 유전자를 이용한 형질전환체 선발 및 의료, 산업용 유용 물질 생산 형질전환 식물체 등의 개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
