PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed solvent capable of efficiently causing volatilization of a relaxation effect component in a normal temperature range, and a mix solvent discharge solvent.SOLUTION: The mixed solvent is formed by mixing diethylene glycol monobutyl ether with cedrol, which is sesquiterpene alcohols, and is volatilized and used in a room at ordinary temperatures.
