PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus having a simple constitution capable of cooking unpolished rice in a short period of time by accelerating water absorption by heating the unpolished rice before cooking with microwaves.SOLUTION: The heating apparatus includes a heating chamber 12, a microwave generating means 13, a vapor supplying means 16 arranged in a left back bottom of the heating chamber and supplying vapor to the heating chamber 12, and a control means, the control means starts the operations of the microwave generating means 13, the vapor supplying means 16, a temperature detecting means 28, a container detecting means 29, and a motor 30 when starting to heat the unpolished rice 11 in the heating chamber 12 by the operation from an operation section, the unpolished rice 11 is heated by microwaves before cooking to generate small cracks in the husk of the unpolished rice or inside of the rice grains thereby the unpolished rice can be cooked in a short time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】炊飯前の玄米をマイクロ波加熱し、吸水を促進させて玄米を短時間で炊飯できるようにする簡単な構成の加熱装置を提供する。【解決手段】加熱室12と、マイクロ波発生手段13と、加熱室12の左奥底に配設し、加熱室12に蒸気を供給する蒸気供給手段16と、制御手段を備え、操作部からの操作により、加熱室12の玄米11の加熱を開始すると、制御手段はマイクロ波発生手段13、蒸気供給手段16、温度検出手段28、容器検出手段29、モータ30の動作を開始し、玄米11の炊飯前にマイクロ波加熱し、玄米の皮や米粒内部に細かい亀裂を発生させるので玄米を短時間で炊飯することができる。【選択図】図1
