SOLUTION: A dialyzate circuit 4 comprises: a first dialyzate chamber 11 having a supply chamber 11a and a collection chamber 11b and a second dialyzate chamber 12 having a supply chamber 12a and a collection chamber 12b. Control means 5 opens and closes an opening/closing valve on a required position in the dialyzate circuit 4, for alternately switching operations of both chambers 11, 12, for supplying the dialyzate to a dialyzer 2, and collecting used dialyzate. Pressure which is detected by a pressure detector 23 is always input to the control means 5. The control means 5 detects an operation abnormality in dialysis treatment based on pressure fluctuation input from the pressure detector 23, when operations are switched between the first dialyzate chamber 11 and second dialyzate chamber 12, and outputs an alert signal.EFFECT: The operation abnormality in dialysis treatment can be surely detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 透析液回路4には、供給室11aと回収室11bとを備えた第1透析液チャンバ11と、供給室12aと回収室12bとを備えた第2透析液チャンバ12が配置されている。制御手段5が透析液回路4内の所要位置の開閉弁を開閉させることにより、上記両チャンバ11、12の動作を交互に切り替えて、透析器2に透析液を供給するとともに使用済み透析液を回収するようになっている。圧力検出器23によって検出される圧力は常時制御手段5に入力されている。 制御手段5は、第1透析液チャンバ11と第2透析液チャンバ12の間で動作が切り替えられた際の、圧力検出器23から入力される圧力変動に基づいて透析治療中の動作異常を検出して、警報信号を出力する。【効果】 透析治療中の動作異常を確実に検出できる。【選択図】 図4
