PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic imaging device capable of acquiring an image that has quality not deteriorated in a depth direction and has high reliability.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic imaging device comprises: a measurement part and a formation part. The measurement part includes: an interference optical system that detects an interference light between a returned light of a signal light from an inspected eye and a reference light and a scanning part that uses the signal light to scan the inspected eye. The formation part forms a tomographic image on the basis of a result of detection of the interference light obtained in association with the scanning. The interference optical system includes: a first dividing member a second dividing member a combining member and a detection part. The first dividing member divides a light path of the returned light into two or more light paths. The second dividing member divides a light path of the reference light into two or more light paths different in light path length. The combining member combines the light path of the return light with that of the reference light. The detection part detects two or more interference lights. The formation part includes: a first formation part and a second formation part. The first formation part forms two or more tomographic images on the basis of a result of the detection by the detection part.
