injection device. The present invention relates to an injection device. a syringe (114) is received within a housing, the syringe having a bore that terminates at a front end in a hypodermic needle (118) and a rear end in a tapered opening (210) where a bung (134a) which has a hole (206) surrounded by a tab (208) is inserted. a drive element (134) has a front end consisting of a substantially flat annular region (200) that falls over the flap (208) of the bung (134a) and surrounds a conical middle region (202) that is received in the bore (206) ) of the bung (134a). an actuator advances the drive member (134) to advance the cap (134a) and discharge the contents of the syringe through the needle (118). the opening 210 at the rear of the glass syringe is tapered by being provided with a radius. The combination of the opening radius (210) and the conical middle projection region (202) of the propellant allows the misalignment of the two to be controlled during automatic assembly. This is because the tapered middle region 202 passes both directly into the opening 210 of the syringe and contacts the radius which guides them towards the center of the syringe bore. the radius and substantially flat annular region (200) and central conical portion (202) of the propellant (134) are shaped and dimensioned such that axial misalignment between the syringe (114) and the propellant (134) during the injector assembly is first corrected by the conical middle region 202 of the propellant (134) which suspends the radius to a point where, secondly, the substantially flat null region (200) also contacts and suspends the radius to align the drive member (134) in the syringe bore (114).dispositivo de injeção. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de injeção. uma seringa (114) é recebida dentro de um alojamento, sendo que a seringa possui um furo que termina em uma extremidade dianteira em uma agulha hipodérmica (118) e em uma extremidade traseira em uma abertura afunilada (210)
