PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifungal agent that has an antifungal effect on a wide range of bacterial strains, and to prevent the generation of mold over the long period of time.SOLUTION: An antifungal agent includes microorganism cells that belong to the Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas bacteria of a spore state, and it has a physiologically active substance that produces an enzyme and an antimicrobial activity substance from which cells capable of being grown are excluded. It is especially desirable to have 3.0-7.0×109/ml of a bacterium of Bacillus subtilis of a spore state and 1.0-3.0×109/ml of the Pseudomonas.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、幅広い菌種に対して抗カビ効果を有する抗カビ剤の提供を目的とする。又、長期間にわたり黴の発生を予防することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る抗カビ剤は、芽胞状態の枯草菌と、シュードモナス属菌に属する微生物菌体とを含有した抗カビ剤であって、増殖可能な菌体が排除された酵素及び抗菌活性物質を産生する生理活性物質からなることを特徴とする。特に3.0~7.0×109/mlの芽胞状態の枯草菌と1.0~3.0×109/mlのシュードモナス属菌を有するのが好ましい。【選択図】なし
