The cat can exit the rotary manure treatment space through the bar stairs formed in the entry space for guiding the cat. Accordingly, the cat, which spends time mainly in a room, can exercise and shake off the sand when leaving the rotary manure treatment space after using the cat toilet, thereby preventing the sand from being deposited in the room. A door, which connects the rotary manure treatment space and the entry space, is closed when the cat uses the cat toilet to prevent dust from being scattered to the outside.
