PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mayonnaise-like seasoning in which the flavor of an egg is made to feel and is made to feel after storage though an egg and an egg-derived raw material are not used.SOLUTION: Provided is a mayonnaise-like seasoning using no eggs and egg-derived raw materials and having a viscosity of 50 Pa s or higher, in which mustard powder and a gluconate are included.
