PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensive nutritional food containing branched-chain amino acid which has no bitterness of the branched-chain amino acid, is excellent in stability of long-term storage and handling, contains other nutrient components along with the branched-chain amino acid, and can be continuously consumed.SOLUTION: The total comprehensive nutritional food containing branched-chain amino acid contains: branched chain amino acid consisting of isoleucine, leucine and valine carbohydrate and lipid. The content of branched-chain amino acid is 2.0 to 4.5 g per 100 kcal of the comprehensive nutritional food containing branched-chain amino acid. Emulsifier selected from polyglycerol-condensed ricinoleate ester or lecithin in which the polymerization degree of glycerin is 4 to 10 is contained at the amount of 0.01 to 0.05 pts.mass with respect to one part.mass of branched-chain animo acid.
