Provided is a wet treatment method for promoting freshness retention of kelp, which includes: a sterilization step in which an appropriate amount of kelp raw material is placed in an an immersion tank containing a sterilizing agent to allow the kelp raw material to be fully immersed in the sterilizing agent for a first immersion hour (T1); an acidity adjusting step in which the sterilizing agent in the immersion tank is completely replaced with an acidity adjusting agent to allow the kelp raw material to be continuously immersed in the acidity adjusting agent for a second immersion hour (T2); and an alkalinity adjusting step in which the acidity adjusting agent in the immersion tank is completely replaced with an alkalinity adjusting agent to allow the kelp raw material to be continuously immersed in the alkalinity adjusting agent for a third immersion hour (T3). The wet treatment method for promoting freshness retention of kelp in the present invention not only maintains the original color of the kelp, but also effectively prolongs the preservation time of the kelp.一種提昇海帶鮮度保持力之溼式處理方法,其係包括:殺菌步驟:於含有殺菌劑之浸泡槽中,投入適量之海帶原料使海帶原料在該殺菌劑中充分浸泡第一浸泡小時(T1);酸度調整步驟:將該浸泡槽中之該殺菌劑全部置換成酸度調整劑使海帶原料在該酸度調整劑中繼續浸泡第二浸泡小時(T2);以及鹼度調整步驟:將該浸泡槽中之該酸度調整劑全部置換成鹼度調整劑,使海帶原料在該鹼度調整劑中繼續浸泡第三浸泡小時(T3)。本發明之提昇海帶鮮度保持力之溼式處理方法不但能夠保有海帶的原色還能夠有效提昇海帶的保存時間。
