The present invention relates to an anti-inflammation composition using Vladinol F which is an active material isolated from Ficus erecta var. sieboldii (Miq.) King. Vladinol F, which is an active material, has an activity of inhibiting the generation of NO, an activity of inhibiting the generation of PGE2, and an activity of inhibiting the generation of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6), INOS and COX-2.Linvention concerne une composition anti-inflammatoire contenant du vladinol F, qui est une substance active isolée du Ficus erecta var. sieboldii (Miq.) King. Le vladinol F, qui est un principe actif, agit en inhibant la production de NO, la production de PGE2, et la production de cytokines inflammatoires (TNF-α, IL-1β et IL-6), INOS et COX-2.본 발명은 좁은잎천선과로부터 분리한 활성물질인 블라디놀 F를 이용한 항염증성 조성물을 개시한다. 상기 활성물질인 블라디놀 F는 NO 생성 억제 활성, PGE2 생성 억제 활성 및 염증성 사이토카인(TNF-α, IL-1β 및 IL-6)과 INOS와 COX-2의 생성 억제 활성을 갖는다.
