PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for camellia fermented extracts exhibiting ceramide increasing action.SOLUTION: The camellia fermented extracts exhibiting ceramide increasing action includes a process for adding rice bran oil to the fermented liquid and freezing, which fermented liquid is provided by added with camellia seeds, soy beans and bacillus natto and fermented. The fermented products diluted with tap water is added with the rice bran oil and agitated. The rice bran oil to be added to 1 pt.wt. fermented products is preferably 0.3-1.3 pts.wt. The agitated mixture is frozen to be -10°C or lower. By the freezing, oil-soluble components contained in the mixture are transferred into the rice bran oil. The camellia fermented extracts activate ceramide synthesis enzyme to increase ceramide so as to protect skin keratin and epithelial tissue.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 セラミド増加作用を呈する椿発酵エキスの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 セラミド増加作用を呈する椿発酵エキスは椿の種子、大豆、納豆菌を添加し、発酵させた発酵液に米糠油を添加して凍結する工程を特徴とする。前記の水道水で希釈された発酵物に米糠油が添加され、攪拌される。発酵物1重量に対して添加される米糠油は0.3~1.3重量が好ましい。攪拌された混合物はマイナス10℃以下に凍結される。この凍結により混合物に含まれる油溶性成分が米糠油に移行する。椿発酵エキスはセラミド合成酵素を活性化することによりセラミドを増加させ、皮膚角質や上皮組織を保護する。【選択図】 なし
