PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can generate composition information such as metabolic information on a specific site of a living body together with an ultrasonic image with higher spatial resolution than the conventional art.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises an ultrasonic probe, a drive signal generation part, a control part, a reception part and an analysis part. The ultrasonic probe transmits an ultrasonic wave to a target in a subject in response to a supplied drive signal and receives the ultrasonic wave from the subject. A light emission part emits light including a specific wavelength component to the target. The control part controls the generation timing of the drive signal and the emission timing of the light. The reception part receives a second reflection wave generated with interference between a first reflection wave resulting from the transmitted ultrasonic wave and a photoacoustic wave generated with absorption of the emitted light by the target, via the ultrasonic probe. The analysis part extracts the photoacoustic wave from the second reflection wave to analyze the position of the target.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来に比して空間分解能が高い超音波画像と共に、生体特定部位の代謝情報などの組成情報を生成することができる超音波診断装置を提供すること。【解決手段】一実施形態に係る超音波診断装置は、超音波プローブ、駆動信号発生部、制御部、受信部、解析部を具備する。超音波プローブは、供給される駆動信号に応答して、被検体内の対象に向けて超音波を送信し、被検体内からの超音波を受信する。光照射部は、対象に向けて特定波長成分を含む光を照射する。制御部は、駆動信号の発生タイミング及び光の照射タイミングを制御する。受信部は、送信された超音波に起因する第1の反射波と、照射された光を対象が吸収することで発生する光音響波と、の干渉によって発生する第2の反射波を、前記超音波プローブを介して受信する。解析部は、第2の反射波から光音響波を抽出し、対象の位置を解析する。【選択図】 図4
