PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can transmit and receive an ultrasonic wave without requiring protection circuits in front of and at the back of a preamplifier, in an ultrasonic probe including the preamplifier configured to amplify the reception signal of the ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes an oscillator including a pair of electrodes, and the ultrasonic probe is capable of transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave by the oscillation of the oscillator.
