The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition using a natural extract, and more specifically, to an antioxidant composition obtaining a natural extract from Cirsium setidens and containing the obtained Cirsium setidens extract, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The antioxidant composition containing the Cirsium setidens extract comprises the Cirsium setidens extract obtained by using the dried Cirsium setidens extract which is passed through a steaming process and a drying process with hot water and ultrasonic waves or alcohol and ultrasonic waves.
