And lyophilization step (S4) for freeze-drying the reduced pressure concentrated extract for 48 to 72 hours at -40 ℃； And it provides a mass extraction method of Korean thistle including a grinding step (S5) of grinding the lyophilized extract to 80mesh.본 발명은 다양한 기능성 물질을 포함하고 있는 고려엉겅퀴의 비만 치료 및 억제 기능을 기존에 실행하지 않았던 다양한 방법으로 in vitro 및 in vivo 실험을 통하여 구명하였다.이를 위하여 본 발명에서는 10Kg의 고려엉겅퀴를 기준으로 용매로 주정 40%의 250L를 상기 고려엉겅퀴와 혼합하는 주정혼합단계(S1)； 및 상기 혼합된 고려엉겅퀴와 주정을 70*?*℃에서 2시간동안 가압 순환추출하는 가압순환추출단계(S2)； 및 상기 가압순환추출단계에서 추출된 추출물을 60℃이하 -0.8kG의 온도와 압력조건에서 감압농축하는 추출물 감압농축단계(S3)； 및 상기 감압농축된 추출물을 -40℃에서 48~72시간동안 동결건조하는 동결건조단계(S4)； 및 상기 동결건조된 추출물을 80mesh로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계(S5)를 포함하는 고려엉겅퀴 대량 추출방법을 제공하였다.
