The cutting blade (3) is mounted between the casing (9) and the floating plate (1). A cable hole is further fixed at the front end of the floating plate (1), the cable hole is used to fix a cable, the cable is connected to a power device, and the power device pulls the floating plate (1) to move on the wetland.
