PURPOSE: False resin teeth having excellent impact resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve impact resistance by adding glass fiber into poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin matrix. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of false resin teeth having excellent impact resistance comprises a glass fiber mixing step mixing PMMA resin powder with 5 to 12% of glass fiber having a length of 2 to 4mm, diameter of 4 to 8&mum and a surface coated, a pulverizing step pulverizing the mixture composed of the resin powder and the glass fiber by the glass fiber mixing step and a PMMA monomer mixing step adding 30 ml of the pulverized material into a PMMA monomer of 10 ml before mixing for 5 to 10 minutes for forming into a dough shape. False resin teeth having excellent impact resistance is resin manufactured by the above steps.
