The invention relates to a filling consisting of a continuous aqueous phase,wherein saidfilling has a water activity (Aw) of 0.5 to 0.93, and a fat content of lessthan 25% by weightrelative to the total weight of the filling, and comprises at least one non-gelatinized starch,characterized in that at least 5%, preferably at least 10%, and even morepreferably at least 15%,of the particles are greater than or equal to 10 µm in size.
