The invention relates to a filling consisting of a continuous aqueous phase, wherein said filling has a water activity (Aw) of 0.5 to 0.93, and a fat content of less than 25% by weight relative to the total weight of the filling, and comprises at least one non-gelatinized starch, characterized in that at least 5%, preferably at least 10%, and even more preferably at least 15%, of the particles are greater than or equal to 10 mum in size.
