PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently producing a processed food for a person having a difficulty in chewing/swallowing, resembling the actual appearance shape of cooked food without using an edible film, a sheet-like member, or a distributed food material, and having a character stimulating appetite of an eater.SOLUTION: The processed food 50 for a person having a difficulty in chewing/swallowing is prepared by molding, using a pasty raw material 10. The pasty raw material 10 contains a main material 12 which is made by loosening or cutting a material selected from fish and shellfish, meat, vegetables and fruits.
