PURPOSE: A steaming device is provided to reduce resistance area disturbing a route of steam through a shelf manufactured by a round rod and to prevent condensed water from generating due to congelation of the steam. CONSTITUTION: A steaming device comprises a steaming unit(10), a shelf(20), and a strainer tray(30). The steaming unit comprises a door(11). The steaming unit receives steam through a steam pipe(12) to the inside. The shelf is woven with a specific frame with a round rod. The shelf is installed to an upper part and includes a blocking unit(40) blocking condensed water and passing the steam. The strainer tray includes a steaming object boiled by the steam.본 발명은, 약재와 같은 증숙대상물을 내부에 수납하고 수증기를 매개로 증숙하는데 이용되는 증숙장치에 관한 것으로서, 개폐가능한 도어부(11)를 구비하며 내부로 증기파이프(12)를 통해 수증기를 공급받는 증숙고(10): 환봉을 매개로 일정한 틀로 짜여져 증숙고(10)에 수납·인출가능하게 설치되는 채반지지대(20): 수증기에 의해 증숙되는 증숙대상물(S)이 안치되며 채반지지대(20)에 수납·인출가능하게 설치되는 채반(30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따르면, 채반지지대을 구성하는 채반지지대프레임과 받침부를 환봉(丸棒)을 매개로 조립하여 상승하는 수증기와의 접촉을 최소화시켜 줌으로서, 환봉(丸棒)을 통해 표면에 이슬이 맺히는 것을 최소화 내지 방지할 수 있기 때문에 채반에 안치된 증숙대상물로 이슬이 낙하하는 것을 최소화할 수 있으므로 증숙대상물의 품질은 물론 보다 효과적으로 증숙(蒸熟)할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
