PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution capable of suppressing as much as possible a risk of deflection or tension applied by vibration of a driving device onto a steering case or a connection link body for connecting it to the driving device.SOLUTION: A direct advance operation tool 44 for a direct advance operation and a turning operation tool 43 for a turning operation are arranged on a steering part 5 positioned on a step frame 311. A transverse frame 319 is installed by being bridged between right and left support leg frames 312 positioned on the lower side in front of the step frame 311.
