PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument connection tool capable of improving a surgery efficiency by reducing a number of replacing a surgical instrument during surgery, and a multi-functional surgical instrument having the surgical instrument connection tool.SOLUTION: The surgical instrument connection tool for connecting at least two surgical instruments having a different function each other, in which the surgical instruments comprise an action part acting to an object, and an operation part extending from the action part, comprises: a holding part for holding the operation part and a displacement mechanism for relatively displacing a position of the action part of the desired surgical instrument to other surgical instrument, not for interfering use of the desired surgical instrument.
