PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having high moisturizing performance and also excellent in use feeling to skin.SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition includes a polyamino acid obtained by polymerizing amino acid monomers including a hydrophilic amino acid and a neutral amino acid, and an ammonium salt of hydroxy acid.
