The present invention relates to an artificial cultivation method of a cordyceps, which can cultivate a cordyceps including a gryllus bimaculatus imago, a tenebrio molitor larva, and effective ingredients of protaetia brevitarsis seulensis by harvesting a fruit body grown in a medium inoculated with cordyceps strains after the medium prepared by using a gryllus bimaculatus imago, a tenebrio molitor larva, and a protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larva, is inoculated with the cordyceps strains, and to a cordyceps cultivated thereby.
