The present invention relates to a cultivation method of a cauliflower mushroom comprising: a step of sterilizing a container filled with a mixed medium； a step of inoculating a cauliflower mushroom strain in the sterilized mixed medium； and a step of cultivating the inoculated cauliflower mushroom strain. The mixed medium is manufactured by controlling moisture to 55-65 wt% with respect to total weight of the mixed medium by mixing water with a first mixture including 100 parts by weight of coniferous sawdust, 5-20 parts by weight of corn powder, 5-20 parts by weight of flour, and 5-25 parts by weight of a pozzolan pulverized material.본 발명의 꽃송이버섯 재배방법은 혼합배지가 충진된 용기를 멸균하는 단계； 상기 멸균된 혼합배지에 꽃송이버섯 균주를 접종하는 단계； 및 상기 접종된 꽃송이버섯 균주를 배양하는 단계；를 포함하며, 상기 혼합배지는 침엽수 톱밥 100 중량부, 옥수수가루 5~20 중량부, 밀가루 5~20 중량부 및 포졸란 분쇄물 5~25 중량부를 포함하는 제1 혼합물에 물을 혼합하여 상기 혼합배지 전체중량에 대하여 수분을 55~65 중량%로 조절하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
