PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing body fluid release blocking agent for a dead body is provided to minimize component and to easily manufacture the blocking agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing body fluid release blocking agent by injection to a throat part or rectal part and sealing comprises: a step of mixing SAP(high absorbent resin) and water in a predetermined ratio to prepare a primary solution； a step of mixing castor oil and cooling oil to prepare a secondary solution； and a step of mixing the primary and secondary solutions to prepare a final solution.본 발명은 사체의 체액 누출 차단제 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 사체의 체액 누출 차단제에 관한 것으로, 체액 차단제를 조성하는 성분을 최소화하여 겔(Gel) 상의 체액 차단제를 제조하는데 따른 과정을 보다 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 사체의 인후부나 직장부에 주입되어 봉입을 통해 사체의 체액이 누출되는 것을 방지하는 사체의 체액 누출 차단제 제조방법에 있어서, (a) SAP(고흡수성 수지)와 물을 일정 비율로 혼합 반응시켜 1차 용액을 조성하는 단계； (b) 피마자유와 식용유를 일정 비율로 혼합하여 2차 용액을 조성하는 단계； 및 (c) 단계(a) 과정의 1차 용액과 단계(b) 과정의 2차 용액을 일정 비율로 혼합하여 최종액을 제조하는 단계를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
