PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly accurate image processing in the case of changing light quantity to be irradiated to a subject of an imaging device for surgery.SOLUTION: A light source control part changes the light quantity of light to be irradiated to a subject to be imaged by an endoscope from a default value to high light quantity more than the default value. An image processing part performs image processing by using a high light quantity image that is an intraoperative image imaged by the endoscope in a state where light quantity is high light quantity. The image processing part generates a display image by adjusting the brightness of the high light quantity image on the basis of the high light quantity, and displays the display image in a display device.
