PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous automated treatment ranging from various kinds of processing of fish eggs to extraction of the processed fish eggs, which allows the processing state of entire fish eggs to be homogenized without lack of uniformity, and improves the yield of processed fish eggs as a finished product with improved producibility of processed fish eggs having consistent quality.SOLUTION: An apparatus includes an agitator body 2 continuously rotatable in the range from the inlet 2a to outlet 2b for fish eggs, a screw blade 4 revolving in a spiral form with a predetermined pitch P along the agitator body, and a plurality of agitating vanes 6 disposed along a continuous region in a spiral form between the pitches of the screw vanes at predetermined intervals so as to traverse the region. The fish eggs fed in the agitator body from the inlet together with a processing liquid are transported toward the outlet along the revolving screw vanes while being agitated with the processing liquid with the agitation vanes.
