The method includes the steps of: immersing pig skin with the whole layers in ethyl alcohol after washing the pig skin immersing the skin in saline again after washing the immersed skin with saline heating and boiling the immersed pig skin separating the pig skin only and then grinding the pig skin spreading the ground pig skin to be thin and then coagulating the ground pig skin quickly freezing the ground and coagulated pig skin at ultra-low temperatures and sterilizing the grounded and frozen pig skin by using a gamma ray of 1-10 KGy. According to the present invention, a cosmetic, which has a high content of natural collagen, does not irritate skin, and is safe, can be manufactured.
