The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cosmetic material derived from hybrid animal skin tissues and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a cosmetic material using a pig skin. The method for preparing the cosmetic material derived from the pig skin according to the present invention maintains quality of the pig skin tissue by adding spice during the preparation process of the cosmetic material while irradiating radiation, extends shelf life and fundamentally removes infectious factors by removing contamination sources caused by the pig skin hair through destruction of harmful microorganisms without changing physiochemical and physical properties of the pig skin.본 발명은 이종동물 피부조직 유래의 피부 미용재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 돼지에서 유래하는 생체피부를 이용한 피부 미용재의 제조방법으로, 상기 본 발명에 따른 돼지피부 유래의 피부 미용재의 제조방법은 피부 미용재의 제조 과정에서 향신료 첨가와 함께 방사선 조사의 병용 처리함으로써 돼지 피부조직의 품질을 유지하면서 저장기간을 연장시키고, 돼지 피부의 이화학적 성질 및 물성을 변화시키지 않으면서 유해 미생물의 사멸을 통해 돼지피부의 털로 인한 오염원을 제거하여, 감염성 요인을 근본적으로 제어할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
