The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of dried laver containing collagen and chondroitin components, which are helpful for immunity of the body and the skin care, and beneficial for cartilage of joints, by heating chicken feet, pig skin and pig bones, which contain the collagen component and the chondroitin component, in a double boiler, coating an extract solution without fat on laver sheets, and baking to eat.
