- This report estimates COVID-19-related Government assistance to farm operations and households in 2020 from COVID-19-related and existing Farm Bill programs. The underlying research documents methodologies relevant to updating similar assistance payments in the future.strongErrata:\/strong On November 4, 2021, the text and Table 2 were revised to clarify that the Paycheck Protection Program eligibility simulation was carried out on both commercial and intermediate farm operations. No other data or findings are changed.
