Described is an identification method for fusarium wilt resistance of Momordica charantia. The method firstly investigates pathogenicity of a plurality of F.oxysporum strains, and determines that the F.oxysporum strains belong to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.momordicae (FOM) by means of molecular biology. On this basis, effects of an inoculation concentration, an inoculation period and an inoculation mode on pathogenicity of Momordica charantia plants are studied with a spore suspension as a pathogen substance. Based on the above experimental conclusion, the present invention uses a F.oxysporum spore suspension with a specific concentration to carry out artificial inoculation treatment on Momordica charantia at a seedling stage, then investigates an incidence rate at the seedling stage, calculates a disease index, and identifies disease resistance degrees of different Momordica charantia varieties according to the disease index. The method is easy to operate, easy to control, and less affected by the environment, and can fully reflect fusarium wilt resistance of Momordica charantia at the seedling stage with reliable results. The present invention can be applied to screening and evaluation of Momordica charantia resistant germplasm resources, especially to screening of Momordica charantia fusarium wilt resistant germplasm resources and breeding of disease-resistant varieties⊙
