The utility discloses an apparatus for chondroitin sulfate separation by resin adsorption, including concentrated saline-alkali tank, dilute alkali solution tank, dilute salt solution tank, soup temporary storage tank, resin column, and eluent temporary storage tank, and material solution after adsorption temporary storage tank, concentrated saline-alkali tank being provided with top cover, piston plate, stirring shaft; hydraulic connector providing with first and second push plate, one end of hydraulic connector extending between top cover and piston plate; the other end suspending outside of tank body and leveling with top cover; indicating liquid filled between first and second push plate; piston rod arranged on first push plate and fixed to piston plate, and scale arranged on outer wall of hydraulic connector. The utility can be clearly, conveniently and accurately read liquid volume in concentrated saline-alkali tank for dilute salt and alkali solution precise preparation, has high stirring efficiency, and promotes resin separation.
