PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing the disturbance of an image caused after changing the arrangement of a monochromatic region and a color region in a configuration in which a region of an input image is divided into the monochromatic region and the color region by taking a predetermined time.SOLUTION: An image processor of this invention has division means for dividing the region of an input image into a monochromatic region and a color region by taking a predetermined time, determination means for determining whether or not the arrangement of the monochromatic region and the color region is changed in each frame, and image processing means for separately performing image processing of the monochromatic region and the color region divided by the division means in each frame. The image processing means performs image processing of the entire input image without dividing the monochromatic region and the color region until a division result of the division means is updated in the case that the determination means determines that the arrangement of the monochromatic region and the color region is changed.
