PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display apparatus that makes it possible to easily recognize positional relation between a position of an endoscope photographing an image and that of a target organ.SOLUTION: The medical image display apparatus of an embodiment includes an endoscope information acquisition unit, arrangement image creation unit, and display control unit. The endoscope information acquisition unit acquires positional information and angle information on a tip of an endoscope at each predetermined time. The arrangement image creation unit, on the basis of the positional information and angle information on the tip of the endoscope at each predetermined time, creates a tip marker arrangement image obtained by sequentially arranging a plurality of tip markers, each of which shows a position and angle of the tip of the endoscope at each predetermined time.
