The present invention relates to an RNA oligonucleotide having a bent helix structure and the use of same. More particularly, an RNA oligonucleotide, in which two sequences complementarily bind to each other and form double strands and the double strands have a bent helix structure, increases interferon-β and ISG56 expression. Therefore, a composition comprising an RNA oligonucleotide according to the present invention can be utilized as an immune activator.La présente invention concerne un oligonucléotide dARN présentant une structure en hélice courbée et son utilisation. Plus particulièrement, un oligonucléotide dARN, dans lequel deux séquences se lient de manière complémentaire lune à lautre et forment des doubles brins et les doubles brins présentent une structure en hélice courbée, augmente lexpression de linterféron-ß et dISG56.
