PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of effectively suppressing odor caused by absorption of excrement by using aroma.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 10 includes a top sheet 2, a back sheet 3, and an absorbent core 4a arranged between both sheets. The absorbent article further has an underside sheet 6 arranged between the top sheet 2 and the absorbent core 4a. The top sheet 2 has a convexoconcave structure on a side of a skin-facing face thereof, and the convex part 13 of the convexoconcave structure has a hollow structure.
